By using this website or any pre-release Avenivo App or service that we make available to you, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Pre-release status and Launch Beta

Avenivo is currently in development and planned for 2026. The planned Launch Beta is fully free. Global Room, payment, purchase, and subscription features will remain hidden for this release. Features, availability, supported languages, device compatibility, and network requirements may change before release.

Accounts and room services

Solo Live Translation and Local Room are designed for use without an account. A Guide must sign in to host an Online Room, while Listeners join anonymously through the Web Listener. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Room links and codes should be shared only with intended participants.

Permitted use

You may use the website and any pre-release App or service we provide for lawful, personal, travel, or business-guiding purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the Avenivo name and design, are owned by or used with permission by Avenivo Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as allowed by law.

Prohibited misuse

You may not interfere with the website, App, accounts, or room services; attempt unauthorized access; share malicious or unlawful content; introduce harmful code; bypass service limits; or use Avenivo in a way that harms others or violates law.

Information and translation limitations

Website content is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Speech recognition, translations, captions, playback, and room delivery may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or delayed. You remain responsible for checking important information.

High-risk decisions

Do not rely solely on Avenivo or website content for medical, legal, emergency, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
